What can I write?
With 25 years of experience, I have worked in most therapeutic areas. Areas where I have the greatest expertise include oncology, neurology, respiratory disease, gastroenterology, infectious disease, endocrinology, ophthalmology, and rare disease. I have extensive experience with clinical and preclinical publications, health economics and outcomes research, plain language summaries, and pharmacokinetics.
About Me
I work with pharmaceutical companies, agencies, and academic authors. I find joy and satisfaction in the opportunities for continual learning that come with medical writing.
I am the Immediate Past President of the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA) Delaware Valley Chapter. I am also a member of the International Society of Medical

Publication Professionals (ISMPP). where I serve on the ISMPP Ethics and Standards Committee as Co-chair of the Code of Ethics subcommittee.
I am an ISMPP Certified Medical Publication Professional and earned medical writing certificates from the American Medical Writers Association and the University of Chicago. I earned my B.A at Swarthmore College and my PhD in Medical Sciences from Harvard University. I shared my medical writing expertise with others as an instructor in the Kenyon Institute in Biomedical and Scientific Writing as well as through many professional presentations at AMWA and DIA meetings.
